On behalf of HCAM & MCAL, it is my privilege to invite you to exhibit at this year’s 2012 Annual Convention Expo. 

This year’s Convention will be on September 9-11 (change in dates) at the DeVos Place Convention Center in downtown Grand Rapids, MI.  This conference will bring together more than 750 long-term care and assisted living professionals dedicated to providing Michigan with quality care.  This conference will provide continuing education contact hours for seven professional disciplines including administrators/directors, nursing, social work, dietary/food service, activities, and adult foster care.  

The expo which will be held on Monday, Sept. 10 (Opening Day)  will feature a new floor plan designed to promote networking, steady high-volume traffic flow and attendee/exhibitor engagement.  The expo will be in between attendee educational breakout sessions and in the same location as the sessions.  Attendees will also enjoy their lunch, refreshments and signature drinks from the cash bar strategically placed INSIDE and around the exhibit hall.  You won’t want to miss out on this opportunity!

To contract your booth now, please submit the Vendor Application & Contract with payment.  Telephone reservations or reservations without submission of the Vendor Application & Contract cannot be accepted.
