What Post-Acute Care Professionals Need to
Know about Human Trafficking and Why!
On-Demand Archived 60 minute Virtual Education

Human trafficking is not a crime that just happens "someplace else;" it happens here in Michigan. The magnitude of this horrific human rights violation is appalling and inconceivable and yet, health care professionals and systems are uninformed and ill-prepared to address this issue. This informative webinar presentation will provide an overview on human trafficking, examine the history and importance behind recent initiatives in the health care sector and provide participants with resources in which they can utilize to fulfill their continuing education requirement for human trafficking.
