Incite Workforce Solutions

New: HCAM members have access to a unique suite of tech-enabled solutions to reinforce your clinical workforce. The solutions are designed to enhance quality of care, contain costs and bridge the gap between the availability of talent and the demand for services.

The program, called Incite Workforce Solutions, is available through a new partnership between AHCA/NCAL’s group purchasing partner Incite and SnapCare, which is an AI-enabled workforce marketplace that serves the entire continuum of care. Incite Workforce Solutions offers facilities complete visibility into the ideal talent mix for your unique needs. The program aims to develop a workforce strategy that strengthens full-time recruitment, reduces turnover and streamlines staff use. It is designed to maximize cost savings through GPO-negotiated rates and minimize reliance on contact labor.
