Expired COVID Test Kits (SNF/AL)

Do you have expired COVID test kits? If so, use this tool to make certain the test kits cannot be used. Look for the list of expiration dates by brand near the bottom of the page. If your kits are beyond the use date, you can return them to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). MDHHS can only accept unopened boxes of testing supplies. Simply email MDHHS with the following information: site name, expiration date(s) of the tests, and the number of unopened boxes of tests to return. You can also check out this helpful FAQ document.
