2022 Certificate of Need Annual Survey due April 28, 2023

The annual survey from Certificate of Need (CON), which all nursing facilities in the state are required to complete, is now available and due April 28, 2023. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services provides instructions to complete the survey.
