SNF VBP Program August 2023 Performance Score Reports are Now Available (SNF)

The August 2023 Performance Score Reports (PSRs) for the FY 2024 Skilled Nursing Facility Value-Based Purchasing (SNF VBP) Program are now available to download via the Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES).

The August 2023 reports provide SNFs their performance information for the FY 2024 SNF VBP Program year, including the incentive payment multiplier (IPM) that CMS will apply to SNF Medicare fee-for-service Part A claims in FY 2024 (October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024). SNFs may submit corrections to their performance score and rank until August 31, 2023. SNFs must submit correction requests to [email protected] with the subject line “SNF VBP Review and Correction Inquiry” along with your SNF’s CMS Certification Number (CCN) and name, correction request and reason for requesting the correction.
