CMS Releases Finalized MDS 3.0 v1.18.11 Materials (SNF)

The final Minimum Data Set (MDS) 3.0 Item Sets version (v)1.18.11 and the final Minimum Data Set (MDS) 3.0 Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) User’s Manual version (v)1.18.11 are updated and available in the Downloads section on the Minimum Data Set (MDS) 3.0 Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Manual page.

A document listing all changes from the MDS 3.0 RAI Manual v1.18.11 draft version to the final version has also been released and also can be found in the Downloads section on the Minimum Data Set (MDS) 3.0 Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Manual page.

As a reminder, the MDS 3.0 v1.18.11 Item Sets and RAI User’s Manual take effect October 1, 2023.
