File Transfer Reminders

The Michigan Department Health and Human Services (MDHHS) reminds providers that File Transfers are the department’s standard way to communicate; therefore, it’s important to review all notices sent to your facility or you may miss important information. If you need to update your File Transfer contacts, please contact [email protected], and MDHHS will help you. Also, if an employee with access to File Transfer leaves facility employment, it is the provider’s responsibility to notify MDHHS to remove that person’s access.
