SNF Provider Review Reports: Open Correction Window Closes February 15 (SNF)

Updated Skilled Nursing Facility Provider Preview Reports are now available. These reports contain provider performance scores for quality measures, which will be published on Care Compare and Provider Data Catalog (PDC) during the April 2024 refresh. HCAM recommends members check their reports for accuracy and submit corrections prior to the cut-off date of February 15, 2024. Updates submitted after that deadline will not be reflected in the publicly reported Provider Preview Reports or on the Care Compare website.
