Unlock Refugee Talent with Welcome Corps at Work (SNF/AL)

If you are looking for additional workforce options, Welcome Corps at Work may be right for your organization. The Welcome Corps at Work (WCW) program matches employers with skilled refugees looking to relocate permanently to the U.S. Through collaboration with the U.S. Department of State, International Rescue Committee, Talent Beyond Boundaries, and the Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration, the WCW assists in placing individuals seeking work with employers at no cost to the employer. These individuals bring skills from their homeland and include occupations such as social work professionals, healthcare professionals, nurses, as well as food and hospitality workers. 

Employers interested in participating must have consistent hiring needs and be interested in individuals who can share specialized linguistic and cultural skills within the scope of their work. In addition, employers must be able to provide high quality jobs with opportunities for career progression within their business and pay a living wage based on their location.
