Free Mobile Vaccination Clinics for Assisted Living Communities (AL)

The Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) program helps the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) implement key elements of the Department of Health and Human Services’ National Quality Strategy and federal health reform efforts. Superior Health Quality Alliance currently serves as the QIN-QIO for Michigan. As part of this effort, Superior Health is offering assisted living facilities a free mobile vaccination clinic.
