Let’s Celebrate

2025 HCAM Lebenbom Classic Wrap Up

Golf Tournament Raises Funds for Scholarships!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our inaugural David Lebenbom Classic Golf Outing on September 29 at the Country Club of Lansing — with special thanks to our associate partners and David Lebenbom’s son, Michael Lebenbom, for his assistance.

Because of your strong support, we exceeded our fundraising goal. The event raised approximately $20,000 to support skilled nursing and assisted living scholarships!

Since 2011, HCAM has awarded over $155,000 in scholarships to 69 recipients; and since 2020, we’ve provided over $10,000 in scholarships annually. This successful event will enable us to continue to grow this impact.

Fabulous weather and a beautiful course led to a great day of golf for everyone, especially the winning team from Trilogy Health Services: Tim Reardon, Joe Ermiger, Cassie Dunlap and Tiffancy Stevens.

Be sure to mark September 28, 2026, on your calendar for next year’s event!
