Help Us Recognize Excellence in Long-Term Care

Nominations for the 2024 Health Care Association of Michigan Long-Term Care Awards of Excellence to honor individuals and teams in the skilled nursing and assisted living sectors across Michigan close very soon. We encourage HCAM members to submit nominations right away. All HCAM members are eligible for the following awards: Gerry Baker Hero of Health Care Award, Team of Excellence Award and Resident of the Year Award. Get details on these three awards here.

In addition, skilled nursing facility members are eligible for the following award: David Lebenbom Memorial Scholarship Award. In 2024, HCAM will award up to eight $2,500 scholarships. Get the details here.

Nominations close July 15. It takes time to gather all the needed information and materials, so don’t wait to get started. Winners will be recognized at the HCAM Annual Convention, September 16-18, 2024, in Grand Rapids.
