CLIA Certificate

Assisted Living communities that received a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Certificate to perform COVID-19 testing will need to renew it when the certificate expires, if the community plans to continue to test residents and/or employees. You can renew your certificate via email.
