Nursing Facility License Renewal Due Before August 1 (SNF)

The 2025-26 state licensing renewal portal for nursing facilities is now open, and the Bureau of Community and Health Systems (BCHS) is urging nursing facilities to renew their license before they expire on August 1. The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) mailed a renewal notice to the address on file for each nursing facility. Facilities should complete the renewal process through the eLicense portal using a credit card or electronic check to pay the licensing fees.
