AHCA Shares Talking Points for ‘Better Way’ Policy Agenda (SNF)

The American Health Care Association (AHCA) recently published talking points for their Better Way policies for rationalizing the regulatory environment. Rather than focus on deregulating nursing facilities, the message focuses on helping to ensure that regulations make sense to reduce the administrative burden and put residents first. AHCA has submitted extensive comments to and held meetings with the Department of Health and Human Services, CMS and other federal agencies about proposals in the Better Way policy. The association is optimistic that we will see progress soon.
