Silver is the second step in the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program. Recipients have three years to apply from the year they receive the Bronze Award. At the Silver level, applicants continue to develop effective approaches that help improve performance and health-care outcomes. The Silver criteria, based on the Baldrige Excellence Framework, provides applicants with a thorough assessment of how their organization works and its effectiveness as well as tools for improvement. This workshop makes it easy to apply for the Silver Award.
