CHAMPS Pay Cycle 40: Early Claim Cutoff Dates and Early Payment (SNF)
Due to the October 1, 2025, fiscal year-end, the CHAMPS claim cutoff dates and pay cycle 40 (9/30/25) will be earlier than normal.
- Electronic (837) claim submission cutoff is now Monday, September 22, 2025, at 5 p.m. EST.
- CHAMPS Direct Data Entry claim submission cutoff is now Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 4 p.m. EST.
- CHAMPS payments and paper remittance advice for pay cycle 40 will be issued September 30. Paper checks will begin to be mailed on September 29, with electronic funds (EFTs) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA/835) issued on September 30.
