Bureau of Survey and Certification Message Delivery (SNF)

The Bureau of Survey and Certification (BSC) is making efforts to ensure that providers receive communications through GovDelivery messages and stay up to date with bureau updates. To subscribe to BSC GovDelivery messages:

1. Visit this section of the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs website.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click the blue “Add Subscriptions” text.
4. Scroll ALL the way to the very bottom and check “Bureau of Survey and Certification.”
5. Click submit.
6. You should receive an email confirming the subscription.
