HCAM committees are an integral part of our association’s structure.
Skilled Nursing Committees:
- Legal/Regulatory/Clinical Committee – The purpose of this committee is to discuss all issues related to federal and state regulatory compliance and their legal impact on facilities.
- Finance Committee* – The purpose of this committee is to set the association budget and evaluate expenses.
- Reimbursement Committee – The purpose of this committee is to discuss and examine all state and federal reimbursement issues and their impact on the sector.
Assisted Living Committee:
- The purpose of this committee is to review and monitor anything that impacts the sector as well as generate ideas to grow membership.
Combined Skilled Nursing and
Assisted Living Committees:
- Education Committee* – The purpose of this committee is to curate education topics and speakers to ensure that the association provides the highest caliber education.
- Nurse Education Committee* – The purpose this committee is to ensure the quality and applicability of all nursing continuing education offered by the association.
- Awards Committee – This committee judges the HCAM award submissions each year.
* Denotes a committee that is filled by appointed members and not available for open enrollment.
