Be a MI Veteran Connector (SNF/AL)

The Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) has compiled a free toolkit for social workers and admissions personnel within both skilled and assisted living facilities. These are free items that can be given out to those residents who identify as being military connected. These toolkits are part of the DMVA MI Veteran Connector initiative, with the goal of ensuring veterans and their families receive the services they are entitled to.
