Support Letters to the White House on Exorbitant Staffing Agency Rates (SNF/AL)

Below are links to AHCA/NCAL supported letters to the White House on the exorbitant staffing agency rates issue.  

As was previously mentioned in the newsletter, AHCA/NCAL has been working with the American Hospital Association (AHA) on this issue. While the letter is more hospital focused as led by AHA, it gets at the main point of advocating for federal agencies with competition and consumer protection authority to investigate this conduct to determine if it is the product of anticompetitive activity and/or violates consumer protection laws.
