Governor’s Award of Excellence is Back (SNF)

The Governor’s Award of Excellence recognizes providers focusing on Michigan’s most pressing health issues. Nursing Facilities are encouraged to self-nominate. Click HERE for the excellence measurements.

The self-nomination period for the Governor’s Award of Excellence is open through May 31, 2022.

Please note: Your organization must be enrolled in Superior Health Quality Alliance’s (Superior Health) quality initiatives to participate in the Governor’s Award of Excellence.
