Pay Cycle Delay: The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) provider payments for pay cycle 40 will be delayed one day to October 4, 2024. This delay will include both EFT and paper warrants along with CHAMPS Remittance Advices such as HIPAA Electronic 835 transactions and paper.
