How to Respond to Unannounced Facility Visits from Law Enforcement -Members Only Event

This one-hour session will present issues regarding unannounced facility visits from the Attorney General investigators and other law enforcement, as well as strategies for dealing with the same. We will pay particular focus on the current “Sentinel Project” being conducted by the Michigan Attorney general’s Health Care Fraud Division. Webinar attendees will learn how to react to law enforcement visits, develop a chain of command for responding to them, and protect staff and residents.

Participation in this event is a benefit of membership, but registration is required. 

This one-hour session will be hosted via Zoom.
