2025-2026 HCAM General Membership Meeting – Board Elections
HCAM held the association’s General Membership Meeting virtually on October 14. In addition to updating members on association activities, an election was held for both officers and members of the 2025-2026 HCAM Board and Assisted Living Board.
HCAM Officers and Board
The following members were elected and will begin their term November 10:
- Chair: David Stobb, Ciena Healthcare Management, Inc.
- Vice Chair: Paul Pruitt, Majestic Care
- Secretary/Treasurer: Shelly Berryman, Prestige Healthcare LLC
- Immediate Past Chair: Chad Tuttle, Corewell Health
Representatives for Facilities with Fewer than 501 Beds:
- Manda Ayoub, Pomeroy Living

Representatives for Facilities with 501-1,000 Beds:

- Frank Wronski, Nexcare Health Systems/WellBridge GroupSkilled nursing facility meeting attendees also approved a ballot proposal to continue the Special Restricted Fund Assessment for skilled nursing facilities at $1.08 per bed.
In addition, all meeting attendees voted to approve a ballot proposal to update the HCAM Constitution.

The following were elected to the Assisted Living Board and will begin their term November 3:
