AFC Rule Change Update

Changes to the Adult Foster Care (AFC) rules continue to move through the administrative rule process. While a public hearing about the proposed changes was held February 23, 2023, the process is not likely to be completed until late summer 2023 at the earliest. You may find changes to the AFC rules on the LARA website HERE. We will continue to keep our assisted living members up to date as the administrative rule process continues.
