AHCA National Quality Award Program Update (SNF/AL)
The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program is pleased to announce the opportunity for Bronze and Silver recipients in their last year of the Renewal Policy to continue to remain active for one additional year by submitting a Silver or Gold Self-Assessment for the 2023 award cycle instead of submitting a full application.
To take advantage of this opportunity:
- Active Bronze recipients must submit a Silver Self-Assessment by January 26, 2023, at 8 pm EST
- Active Silver recipients must submit a Gold Self-Assessment by January 26, 2023, at 8 pm EST
There is no cost to the applicant for the submission of a self-assessment. However, to remain active for an additional year, the applicant must submit a completed self-assessment along with an action plan to fill identified gaps. Eligible applicants for this option received an email from the Quality Award Program last week communicating this information.
Active recipients in their last year may also participate in the 2023 award cycle by applying as normal, completing and submitting a full application. Visit the AHCA Quality Award Program website to start a 2023 application.
