Automation of CORE Password Expiration Emails: Billing Agents

As part of the upcoming CHAMPS release, CHAMPS will begin to send automated emails to billing agents prior to their CORE password expiration date. To ensure billing agents will receive this communication, billing agent enrollment types are encouraged to verify that their email addresses are up to date and valid within their CHAMPS enrollment file. CHAMPS will use the billing agent support contact email address in Field 1 and the technical contact email address in Field 1 to send the CORE password expiration emails.
