BSC: Special Focus Series Part 3 is Tomorrow (SNF/AL)
The Bureau of Survey and Certification (BSC) is collaborating with the Michigan Elder Justice Initiative, Michigan Medicine geriatric medicine clinicians, and the Michigan Long Term Care Ombudsman to provide a three-part webinar series on capacity, decision making, and honoring resident choices and preferences. The third presentation is tomorrow, March 19 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. This webinar will explain the scope of authority, limitations and process for obtaining legal surrogate decision-making documents when diminished capacity has been identified.
