CHAMPS 102 Webinar Series (SNF)

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is offering a three-part CHAMPS 102 Webinar Series. From July 12, 2022, through July 14, 2022, and November 15, 2022, through November 17, 2022, Provider Outreach and Education will be hosting a morning and afternoon CHAMPS webinar each day.

The 102 training sessions will go further into the claim process including verifying eligibility, services, and prior authorizations before submitting a claim in CHAMPS. After a review of the processes required before submitting a claim, the training will proceed with claim submission, claim inquiry, and claim adjustment or void processes.
