Draft AFC Single Ruleset

The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) reports that it is nearing the final edits of the draft Adult Foster Care (AFC) single ruleset. Here is an overview of the most significant changes. The department will hold a virtual town hall meeting to introduce the draft and discuss any major concerns. The tentative date is October 2 at 10 a m. ET. All AFC members are urged to attend.
