HCAM Welcomes New Member

HCAM is pleased to have Meadow Valley join the association. Located in Traverse City, the new assisted living community has 104 licensed beds – 60 assisted living beds and 44 memory care beds – plus 50 independent living units, with more to come. HCAM looks forward to partnering with Meadow Valley as we continue to promote excellence in senior care.
