Homes for the Aged and Adult Foster Care Grant Opportunity

iMPROve Health, formerly known as MPRO (Michigan Peer Review Organization), is Michigan’s designated Quality Improvement Organization. They are seeking partnerships with HFAs and AFCs in Ottawa, Kent and Allegan counties for a proposed program — Healthy Aging, Healthy Smiles: Infection Prevention for HFAs and AFCs. The goal of this eight-month program, which begins this summer, is to enhance infection prevention and oral health practices in HFAs and AFCs that specialize in older adults by providing tailored education and ongoing staff support. Each participating facility will receive a $2000 stipend and access to all materials needed for sustainability.
