IPRAT Releases CRC/CRF Interactive Map (SNF/AL)

The Infection Prevention Resource and Assessment Team (IPRAT) is excited to share a new interactive COVID Care Recovery Center and COVID Relief Facility map. To view the map, scroll down to the “Toolkit – COVID-19 Resources” accordion tab and open the link for the map. If you click on the lower right corner, which is shown with an arrow, the map will expand in size. Facilities can be viewed by COVID determination or by county.
