MDHHS Calculates Medicaid LTC Reimbursement Rates and QAS Payment Notice Effective October 1, 2025

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) recently announced that the department has calculated the Medicaid Annual Provider Reimbursement Rates effective for dates of service on or after October 1, 2025. The notices are now available to providers by accessing MILogin and entering the CHAMPS application. The reimbursement rate calculation and notice are in the “Archived Documents” section for each provider under the provider’s National Provider Identification (NPI) number.

In addition, MDHHS announced that the Quality Assurance Supplement (QAS) Payment Notice, effective for payments beginning October 30, 2025, are now available to providers, by accessing MILogin and entering the CHAMPS application.
