MDHHS Release QMI Survey Notice – Due Sept 20 (SNF)

MDHHS in L letter 22-36 announced the date for Quality Measure initiative (QMI) annual resident satisfaction survey is due on September 20, 2022. The notice did not change any criteria for the survey only set parameters that it had be completed after June 29, 2021. The surveys need to be sent to [email protected] by the due date. Surveys not meeting this deadline will cause the facility to lose 15% of its QMI payment.
