Medicare Vaccine Billing

CMS recently issued a helpful document on how to bill Medicare for the RSV, COVID-19 and Influenza vaccines when residents are either in the facility for their post-acute care SNF Part A stay or long stay with Part B or Part D coverage. Pricing and billing codes for the vaccines, which are updated annually, can be found here. Additionally, the CDC updated their website to provide immunization and vaccine product summaries with manufacturer specific information about how to order, store and return the RSV or COVID vaccine.
