Minimum Wage Increase

In addition to the implementation of the Earned Sick Time Act, the court also ruled that the state minimum wage will rise according to the 2018 minimum wage initiative. On January 1, 2025, the minimum wage increased from $10.33 to $10.56/hour. When the 2018 statute takes effect on February 21, 2025, the minimum wage will increase to $12.48/hour, then to $13.29 in 2026, $14.16 in 2027 and $14.97 in 2028.
