Open Enrollment for Recurring COVID-19 Testing Supply Allocation (SNF/AL)

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) provides quarterly open enrollment opportunities for LTC facilities that want recurring testing supply allocations. The current open enrollment is this week, ending Friday, February 9. Facilities that are not currently enrolled to receive recurring shipment of COVID-19 tests from MDHHS and wish to do so should fill out the LTCF Monthly Antigen Shipment Enrollment form by February 9, 2024, to initiate recurring shipments. Facilities will receive additional information prior to the start of auto-shipment.

This monthly recurring allocation of tests will replace the current ordering process, where facilities requested testing supplies using the online Test and Support Form each time supplies were needed. Facilities may still use the online ordering form for a contingency supply if needed while waiting for next month’s shipment. The next open enrollment opportunity will be May 6-10, 2024. Questions?
