SNF QRP Submission Deadline Reminder (SNF)

Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment data and data submitted to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) via the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) for January 1-March 31 (Q1) of calendar year (CY) 2023 are due by 11:59 pm on August 15, 2023. HCAM recommends that members run applicable Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES)/NHSN analysis reports prior to each quarterly reporting deadline to ensure that all required data has been submitted.
