Strategies to Revitalize the Long-Term Care Workforce

AHCA shares that, last December, Advancing Excellence (a long-term care collaborative of which AHCA is a member) held a webinar that highlighted the workforce needs of long-term care facilities along with the initiatives to address them. These include efforts to bolster the ranks of nursing facility administrators as well as the “New Americans in the Long-Term Care Workforce” grant.
