Upcoming CHAMPS and File Transfer Service (FTS) Portal Downtime (SNF)

Due to monthly maintenance, the CHAMPS system will be unavailable between 6:00 PM EST, Saturday, November 16th, through 9:00 AM, EST Sunday, November 17th, 2024. This outage will affect the system access for all functionality.

Additionally, due to scheduled maintenance, the File Transfer Service (FTS) portal will be unavailable on Sunday, November 17, 2024, from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST.  

Refrain from submitting electronic files during this outage period.
