Upcoming Home for the Aged Website Changes

Within the next couple of weeks, enhancements to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs’ (LARA) Home for the Aged (HFA) website will be completed. These enhancements will include an incident reporting form, request for door locking form and on-site inspection worksheets. HCAM will continue to update you as more information becomes available.
