Please Complete HCAM’s 2024 Wage Survey (SNF)

To help members with your workforce strategies, HCAM tracks staff wage compensation, which also enables us to advocate on your behalf with legislators, state administrators and department officials. This information is critical right now as we work to help shape Medicaid reimbursement policy and the SFY 2026 budget. 

HCAM requests that facilities complete this year’s wage survey by Friday, January 31. The survey asks for data on your facilities’ expenses over the last three years, primarily related to staffing wages. We appreciate you taking the time to complete it, and we will share aggregate data results with those who participate in the survey.

 Survey instructions:

• Fill out one survey per facility. If your site is part of a multi-facility entity, please coordinate survey completion with your corporate leadership.
• After opening, save the Excel document to your computer; rename it as (Your Location) Wage Survey.
• Please answer all questions, if possible, in the space provided.
• For wage information, please give hourly rates only. Assume a standard year at 2080 hours. 
• Hourly rates are meant to be an average starting wage per position, without taking into account the DCW.
