Windows 11 Requirement for CMSNet QIES (SNF)

Reminder: As of November 15, 2025, nursing facility providers must have Windows 11 installed on computers to access CMS systems. This requirement follows Microsoft’s end of support for Windows 10 in October 2025, making continued use a security and compatibility risk.
