Survey Action Briefings

AHCA is in the process of releasing Action Briefings related to CMS’s Revised Long-Term Care Surveyor Guidance. As HCAM previously shared, CMS issued significant changes to the agency’s surveyor guidance and surveyors will begin using the revised guidance on March 24, 2025. AHCA is actively adding to the briefings, which currently include Comprehensive Assessment after Significant Change, Activities of Daily Living, Accuracy of Assessment and PBJ reporting.
