Join us for this fun golf scramble to raise funds to support education and advancement in Michigan’s post-acute and long-term care sectors. Proceeds benefit SNF and AL employees:
- 80% supports the David Lebenbom Memorial Scholarship Fund for skilled nursing facility member employees.
- 20% supports the newly created Assisted Living Scholarship Fund.
