HCAM’s Instructor Course prepares selected staff to teach medication management within their own assisted living communities.
Participants learn adult education principles, how to create an effective learning environment and how to evaluate staff competencies. Each instructor also receives a comprehensive training toolkit with manuals, teaching materials, competency resources, exams, knowledge checks and completion certificates.
Best for: Assisted living providers that want qualified internal trainers who can consistently educate and evaluate staff.
