AHCA partnered with Healthcare Academy to offer an online training program called Knowledge Check™ that features 2- to 7-minute short courses designed to streamline educational compliance for nursing facility staff and save training time and money. Annual subscription rates vary depending on the number of full- and part-time staff:

◼️1-50 staff – $500            ◼️ 51-100 staff – $750

◼️101-200 staff – $1000    ◼️ 201-300 staff – $1250

◼️301+ staff – $1500

All HCAM/AHCA members receive a 10% discount on the prices listed above. Non-members do not receive this discount.

Some of the Benefits:

• The short Knowledge Check abbreviated courses are ideal for experienced staff in meeting annual CMS training requirements. Staff must pass a quiz at the end of each course to ensure competency.
• Each of the 20 Knowledge Check abbreviated courses come with separate expanded courses that can be used for remedial training if staff fail a quiz, for new staff onboarding, or for helping staff meet annual training requirements.

The system tracks training by employee — making annual training recordkeeping by topic and time easy for managers and employees.
